Yes. Upon full payment, the land is permanently owned by you — documented with a Registered Survey and Deed of Assignment in your name. Real, titled land. Not a lease, not a fund share.
Once your plantation reaches harvest maturity, 60% of the net harvest yield belongs to you as the landowner. The remaining 40% covers operations and sustainability. Income is paid from actual harvest proceeds — this is an agricultural model, not a financial instrument.
Oil palm trees typically reach full fruiting maturity within 4–5 years from planting, with commercial harvest soon after. You receive bi-annual progress reports throughout. The earlier you plant, the sooner the harvest.
The plantation land is designated for agricultural use only. However, 6-plot (Acre) subscribers receive a free 200sqm plot in PalmVille Resort, and 15-plot (Hectare) subscribers receive 500sqm — on which you may build a home or investment property.
Yes. You can transfer or resell your land with LIFEPAGE Management approval. A transfer fee of 5% of the total consideration (sale price) applies.
A default charge of 20% applies when subscribers miss agreed payments. Six consecutive months of default subjects the subscriber to prevailing rates.
There is no refund of payments and no reduction of subscribed plots, as funds are deployed immediately toward land acquisition, planting, and capital expenditure. Exit is available through the transfer and resale route.
Absolutely. PalmVille is designed for subscribers anywhere in the world. The entire process — subscription, payment, documentation — can be completed remotely. Payments can be made from any country.
A specialist Management Company appointed by LIFEPAGE manages all operations — planting, maintenance, harvesting, and sales. Operations are centralised. Subscribers receive bi-annual reports and do not need to manage their individual portion.
Yes. As titled land documented in your name, PalmVille is inheritable. The land and income rights can pass to your heirs — making it a genuine generational asset.
Upon full payment, you receive a Deed of Assignment and a Registered Survey in your name. These confirm your permanent ownership. You also receive a subscription agreement and bi-annual progress reports throughout the project.
Agricultural investments carry risks including weather variability, pests, disease, market price fluctuations, and regulatory changes. LIFEPAGE applies professional risk mitigation including project insurance and expert supervision. However, outcomes and returns cannot be guaranteed.
